Job Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. To collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
  2. Send them to the suppliers.
  3. Review existing inventories vs future orders.
  4. Interact with the various sources of suppliers on a day to day basis, for better pricing n competitive package.
  5. Review deliveries against the orders.
  6. Track the status of any orders or purchases.
  7. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
  8. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
  9. Produce and maintain all reports promptly for financial purpose.
  10. Manage any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request For Proposals).

Job Requirements


  1. High School / Diploma Holder in relevant Field.
  2. Minimum 3 years in a purchasing role.
  3. Excellent Communication n negotiation skills
  4. Proven history of effective supply management
  5. Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs  

This person is someone reports to Purchasing Manager as her or she will needs to undertaking the normal day to day work are the purchasing officer.  The purchasing job description of officer is mainly tactical and would be something like mentioned above.

Functional Title : Baker Chef
Reporting to : Outlet Supervisor
Department : Kitchen


Objective


To assist in Outlet Supervisor in performing the role as Baker Chef in accordance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.


Job Accountabilities

Kitchen Operations

 

  1. To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Company’s pre-set procedures and workflows which are defined and documented in the following manuals:-
  • Employee Handbook
  • Operations SOP Manual
  1. To be involved in the outlets day-to-day functions as follows:-
  • Ensure food preparation process in order
  • To Prepares doughs with the correct recipe and accurate measurements.
  • To ensure consistency and portion control
  • Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
  • To assist outlet supervisor in training new trainees.
  • To perform cleaning process for outlet before end of the day.
  • Preparation of raw materials for tomorrow opening.
  1. Ensure a conducive, safe and comfortable working environment for colleagues and customer  

 

Customer Service

 

  1. To encourage a high level of customer service towards customer.

 

Store Layout & Ambiance

 

  1. To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of selling floor, workstation and locker room and kitchen.

 

Sales Budget & Store Profitability

 

  1. To work towards outlet sales target.  
  1. To adhered to outlet supervisor instruction to deliver outlet sales target.  

 

Others

Front Counter Operations

 

  1. To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Company’s pre-set procedures and workflows which are defined and documented in the following manuals:-

  1. To be involved in the outlets day-to-day functions as follows:-
  • To count Cash Opening before starting Business of the day.
  • To greet the customers went customer queue for order.
  • Handling all the cash transaction of an outlet
  • Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc
  • Checking daily cash accounts.
  • Guiding and solving queries of customer
  • Providing training and assistance to new joined cashier
  • Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
